FOREIGN EDUCATION: Education completed in foreign colleges or universities may be used to meet the requirements. You must show proof the education credentials have been deemed to be at least equivalent to that gained in conventional U.S. education program. - This position requires the incumbent to complete a background investigation with favorable results.
- Must be able to satisfactorily complete a pre-employment physical.
- This position is subject to working an uncommon tour of duty to include nights, weekends, holidays and special events.

Qualifying Experience
- Applicant must have at least two years experience that demonstrates knowledge of managing a high traffic food service operation.
- Applicant must have specific experience in concession operations in all of the following areas: Catering, food ordering, procurement, delivery, presentation, customer service, inventory control, budgeting, cash handling and supervision.
- Applicant must be able to demonstrate verbal, interpersonal, customer service and public relation skills.
- Applicant must have the ability to schedule, train and motivate staff and have the ability to work effectively with individuals or groups to accomplish work/tasks.
- Must have knowledge in food preparation principles, characteristics of food and of planning processes to ensure entire meals are prepared.
- Must be able to perform Yield Testing to determine portion cost and to adjust ingredients in standardized recipes.
- One year experience in all qualifications listed above will be accepted with a degree in Food and Beverage Management.
