What are the responsibilities and job description for the Health and Wellness Sales Associate position at US Cryotherapy?

We are seeking help with our popular modality: Cryoskin (body contour & skin toning treatment)
Responsibilities for the Health/Beauty Sales Associates include, but are not limited to:
- Perform services such as Cryoskin facials, Cryoskin slimming, and toning treatments. US Cryotherapy provides training. (Additional compensation can equal up to $38/hr- Hourly pay $25 per Cryoskin service performed)
- Perform Cryoskin consultations
- Promote & sell Cryoskin packages
- Meet and exceed sales goals
- Planning and executing events to drive the business.
- Contribute to the Social Media Content of the center.
- Administer therapies such as whole-body cryotherapy, localized cryotherapy, and others as needed; additional modalities are added periodically.
- Greet clients in a friendly, professional, and welcoming manner; book appointments, manage sales, and assist with events and special projects.
- Answer any client questions, understand and communicate public benefits and safety procedures for all our modalities.
- Reach out and communicate with Facebook Ad inquiries for Cryoskin appointments.
Requirements:
- Must be flexible with hours and able to work WEEKEND days.
- Must have an outgoing personality and enjoy talking to people.
- Must be able to work independently and with a competent team.
- An interest in a wellness field a plus (i.e., sports, nutrition, physiology, etc.).
- Must feel confident in a selling environment.
