Full Time : 4-5 days / wk : 7 / 7 : 30 / 8am start time and end time could be 4 / 4 : 30 / 5pm
Summary
The Patient Service Representative is responsible for the patient check-in process, updating computer patient personal information and insurance information, handling a multi-line phone system, medical records filing and maintenance, and collection of co-pays and cash payments.
