Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Nuclear Medicine Technologist at Pima Heart & Vascular Powered by US Heart and Vascular, located in Tucson, AZ. The Nuclear Medicine Technologist will be responsible for performing imaging procedures using radiopharmaceuticals and ensuring radiation safety protocols are followed. They will also collaborate with physicians to administer nuclear medicine studies and contribute to the overall patient care process.
Qualifications
- American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) certification
- Proficiency in Radiation Safety and Nuclear Medicine techniques
- Experience in handling Radiopharmaceuticals
- Knowledge of Medicine and its applications in nuclear medicine procedures
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Bachelor's degree in Nuclear Medicine Technology or a related field
