Job Description
•Conduct research to identify local businesses and potential clients in the San Diego area who follow our gym or similar fitness accounts.
•Compile and maintain a list of prospective clients for outreach.
•Organically interact with potential clients on Instagram by liking, commenting, and messaging.
•Initiate and maintain genuine conversations with potential clients, building rapport and trust.
•Introduce potential clients to our gym's offerings and special introductory offers through engaging and personalized messages.
•Provide information about our gym's unique benefits, classes, and trainers.
•Collect contact information (phone number, email) from interested clients.
•Book introductory sessions through Acuity Scheduling, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for new clients.
•Monitor and report on engagement metrics and conversion rates.
•Provide feedback and suggestions for improving outreach strategies.
Skill Set
•Proven experience in lead generation, outreach, or customer service. •Strong knowledge of Instagram and other social media platforms. •Excellent written and verbal communication skills. •Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple conversations and tasks simultaneously.
