Responsibilities

• Assist in managing store operations, including inventory management and merchandising.
• Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Support payroll processes and ensure accurate record-keeping for employee hours.
• Collaborate with the management team to negotiate pricing with vendors and suppliers.
• Supervise and train staff members, fostering a positive team environment.
• Implement effective time management strategies to optimize workflow and productivity.
• Maintain clear communication with team members to ensure alignment on goals and expectations.

Requirements

• Proven experience in retail management or a similar role is preferred.
• Strong administrative skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage effectively with customers.
• Experience in payroll processing is a plus.
• Ability to negotiate effectively with vendors and suppliers.
• Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently.
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, to facilitate teamwork.
• A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and decision-making.
