Description
Adapting Assembly Operator – Level 1
Qualifications:
- Mechanical and Math Aptitude
- Demonstrate proficiency in work habits and productivity
- Ability to use a variety of inspection tools (Micrometers, Calipers, Dial Indicators, Comparators etc.)
- Ability to read and understand blueprints
- Attention to detail with speed and accuracy
- Ability to work with close tolerances and solve non-routine problems
- Self-Motivated to get assigned work completed
- Willingness to work in a team-oriented environment
- Ability to follow and fill out required documentation.
Daily Responsibilities:
- Operation of Assembly equipment
- Set up of Assembly equipment.
- Ability to self-inspect work using variety of inspection equipment
- Work with close tolerances
- Inspect and monitor work quality using inspection equipment and department procedures
Physical Requirements:
- 100% Standing
- Lifting 50 lbs.
- Pushing and pulling up to 100 lbs.
