Our company is is looking for a Maintenance Technician with experience. Under the direct supervision of the Maintenance Personager, the Maintenance Technician will be responsible for performing general maintenance and repairs on facility equipment and property structures, in addition to performing grounds maintenance. Tasks: Perform minor building, HVAC, plumbing, electrical and painting repairs as necessary Implement preventative maintenance measures Maintain inventory of repair equipment and supplies Complete inspections of guest rooms and common areas with Maintenance Personager Perform other maintenance duties as requested. Physically capable of lifting 50 pounds unassisted Experienced in operating a variety of equipment. Effective written and oral communication skills Able to work well with minimal supervision Ability to prioritize tasks and follow specified procedures
Work schedule: Full time, Monday-Friday, 8 am - 5 pm or Part time, 15-25 hours a week
Salary:$15-$18 / hr
