Job Opportunity: draftsman/designer for Home Remodeling Company in Roseville

Position: Draftsman/Designer

Location: Roseville, CA

Hourly Pay - $30-45 per hr (Based on Experience)

Key Responsibilities:

Drafting : Draft full set of plans for residential remodels.

Permitting : You will be responsible to see plans through to permit.

Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.

Design: Learn to work with clients to design their projects and use chief architect to design 3d models in HD for kitchen and bathrooms

Project Compliance : Learn to work with companies to obtain Title 24 and Engineering for our projects.

Qualifications:

Proven track record in drafting and design, preferably in the construction or home remodeling industry.

Strong communication skills.

Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.

Self-motivated with a passion for building designs and completing projects on time and with accuracy.

Experience in high-end home remodeling or construction is a plus.

Please note this job will start as part time and turn into full time.
