USI Consultants, Inc. is seeking a Senior Transportation Project Manager. The qualified applicant will provide INDOT and LPA Project Management experience. USI is proud to provide our employees with exciting and challenging projects; along with a family-oriented small company culture.
Summary of Duties and Responsibilities :
- Project Management : Handle plan development, public presentations, specification writing, drainage and quantity calculations, cost estimating, utility coordination, permitting, and technical report writing.
- Collaborative Design : Play a pivotal role in a team environment to develop and design road projects for state and local clients.
- Effective Communication : Maintain transparent communication regarding project statuses with the Road Design Team and clients.
- Talent Development : Assist in recruiting new talent and fostering a positive company culture.
- Quality Assurance : Responsible for making sure projects are up to the design team’s quality standards.
