What are the responsibilities and job description for the Dietary Aid position at Utopia Home Care, Inc?
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation and serving of meals in the Dietary department
- Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, dishes, and utensils
- Follow food safety guidelines to ensure proper handling and storage of food
- Help with food preparation under the supervision of the Dietary Technician or Cook
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a food service or dietary aide role is preferred
- Knowledge of basic food preparation techniques and kitchen sanitation practices
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain cleanliness in the work area
