ROLE DESCRIPTION:

Sales Development Representatives (SDR) are responsible for contacting, qualifying and setting up demos (appointments) for our closing team.

Clinic Growth Accelerator SDR's will manage a provided pipeline of prospects and are responsible for making calls, sending text messages, sending emails and sending social media messages to new client prospects with the ultimate goal of setting a new prospect up for a demo (appointment) with their assigned closer.

They are also an essential component of our new client experience as they are typically the first point of contact. SDR's must demonstrate professional behavior along with clear and effective communication to both internal peers and new clients alike.

RESULTS ACCOUNTABLE:

  • Role Outcome: Hit a minimum average of 10 sets per week (2/day)
    • A set is defined as a prospect who qualifies for the program based on the initial screening call, and then schedules an appointment with the assigned closer.
  • Role Outcome: Hit a minimum average of 700 calls per week to inbound lead lists
    • All leads are generated in-house by our marketing team spending about $50k/mo. On lead generation
  • All new client prospects are properly moved in Close.io and information is documented on prospect details so team lead has proper expectations by EOD
  • All qualified prospects are consistently followed up with indefinitely
  • SDR is responsible for making a minimum number of calls and messages per day
  • There is an effective line of communication between the SDR and the team leads (such team lead or owners) in which all necessary information is communicated in a timely manner

PAY:

  • Commission is 15% of month one program price
  • On Track Earning Potential
    • $5-8k/mo. ($60-96k/year)

WORK LOCATION:

  • Remote OR In Person (HQ in Milwaukee, WI)

SCHEDULE:

  • Minimum 8 hour shifts
  • Monday through Friday

REPORTS TO:

  • VP Marketing & Sales

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Ability to hit numbers on the phone
  • Discipline to stick to scripts and trainings
  • Efficient with Facebook & General social media platforms
  • Good over the phone / FB / video conference (zoom)
  • Excellent communication skills and building rapport
  • Open to learning & adjusting existing processes
  • Take personal health very serious
  • Routine driven
  • Self-sufficient and able to properly manage one's own time
  • Well organized and able to maintain a pipeline that can be observed and understood by the team leads and owners

EXPERIENCE:

  • Customer Service: 1 years (bonus, not required)
  • Outbound Calling: 6 months (bonus, not required)
  • Health Industry Knowledge: 6 months (bonus, not required)

Salary : $60,000 - $96,000
