Education and Experience
- Experience Level: More than 10 years.
- Experience with Agile ways of working.
- Use of Clarity and Azure Boards.
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong ability to write policies, standards and procedures.
- Strong ability to develop presentation material (ppt).
WHAT YOULL DO:
Job Responsibilities:
- Design and execution of the project management disciplines within the Project Management Office.
- Coach and lead Program Managers, Project Managers and Project Coordinators to ensure optimal performance, compliance to standard processes and procedures.
- Design and implement better ways of work.
- Identify and implement automation where applicable.
- Develop and maintain project and portfolio metrics that feed divisional dashboards used by the CIO and IT Directors for executive project reporting and provide measures and metrics used to assess the performance of the Project Management team.
- Provides subject matter expertise and leadership for implementation of clients strategic and project management initiatives with a focus on achieving strategic goals as well as provides advice to IT Leadership on Project Management best practices, delivery management, risk and issue management.
- Act as subject matter expert on project management policies and procedures.
- Develop and implement standards, procedures, system monitors and controls to ensure the successful management and reporting of all corporate project initiatives.
- Maintains methodology that adapts to changing project management priorities and allows for management of enterprise risks and impacts.
- Provides coaching and mentorship to all project management positions across IT.
- Ongoing improvement and development data that provides metrics to measure portfolio health from initiation to deployment.
- Provide training on all project management processes, standards and procedures as required.
