Validation Scientist

Job Type: Contract – Onsite (Bedford, NH)

Contract Duration: 6 Months

Pay Rate: $47-$50 per hour on W2.

Job Description

Our client is looking for a highly skilled Validation Scientist to join their team in Bedford, NH. This is an onsite role where you will be responsible for supporting the development and execution of validation protocols, ensuring that all operations meet both client and regulatory requirements. You will also assist in report writing, conduct batch record reviews, and collaborate closely with manufacturing and operations teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Write and review validation protocols to be released to the manufacturing and operations teams.
• Assist in report writing to meet client expectations and project deadlines.
• Review batch records and ensure proper data collection for protocol alignment with fill/finish operations.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure validation protocols are consistent with regulatory requirements and client needs.
• Ensure timely release of batch records and data for various ongoing projects.
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Biochemistry, Biology, or another relevant life science field.
• 7-10 years of experience in process validation, with expertise in both upstream and downstream processes, as well as fill/finish operations.
• Previous experience working in a Contract Development and Manufacturing Organization (CDMO) is strongly preferred.
• Proven ability to write protocols and perform thorough batch record reviews.
• Strong attention to detail and experience working in a client-facing role.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
