Duties
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with their inquiries and needs.
- Process sales transactions accurately, including cash handling and credit card processing.
- Maintain organized inventory records and assist in inventory management tasks.
- Communicate effectively with customers to understand their requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
- Assist in automotive repair-related inquiries, ensuring customers receive accurate information about services offered.
- Maintain a clean and organized counter area to enhance the customer experience.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
Experience
- Previous experience in a customer service or sales role is preferred.
- Multilingual skills are a plus but not required, enhancing communication with diverse clientele.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Proficiency in math for accurate cash handling and transaction processing.
- Familiarity with automotive repair concepts is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Must be able to lift 50lbs regularly without assistance
- This is not an office only job, you will be moving tires, transmissions, cases of fluids, and engines with assistance of dollies or pallet jacks.
