Responsibilities for a Sales Management Trainee:

• Receive mentorship and guidance in managing operational aspects such as HR, client interactions, and profit and loss statements.
• Manage and oversee in-store marketing campaigns tailored to our clients' needs and objectives.
• Train and guide entry-level representatives, ensuring they meet their sales targets and professional growth objectives.
• Maintain effective communication channels with clients to convey current and upcoming product offerings.

Requirements for the Sales Management Trainee role:

• High school diploma accepted; 2 year or Bachelor's degree PREFERRED
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate with others
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and responsibilities
• Previous experience in customer service, retail, sales, or marketing a PLUS

Salary : $35,000 - $70,000
