We are looking for a warm, hospitality driven, excited team builder to join our team as a Front Desk Administrator at our Parsippany location. You must be a strong leader with an ability to drive sales through excellent customer service, strong communication skills and a full understanding of the customer service business. The role requires direct communication with senior management, instructor staff and parents of swimmers to create the highest level of customer service.

Qualifications and Skills

At least 2 years of front desk experience 

Display leadership skills and act as a role model for instructor staff 

Ability to work in fast paced environment 

Ability to multitask

Strong verbal and written communication skills 

Punctual, organized and professional

Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs and ability to learn other customer database 

Have a flexible schedule, including some weekends 

Supervisory Responsibilities

Directly Supervise Instructors

Manage and coordinate on-site schedule

Carry out supervisory responsibilities per policies 

Client Facing Responsibilities

Welcome and check in/out swimmers

Troubleshoot parent/swimmer or class issues

Compile and prepare daily parent feedback for senior management

Position Details

This position will be a part time hourly position. This person will be on sight at our Parsippany location on a rotating basis Monday through Thursday 3:00pm-8:30pm, Friday 4:00pm-8:00pm, Saturday and Sunday 8:00am-3:00pm or depending on the needs of the business.
