What are the responsibilities and job description for the Advanced Practice Provider position at Valley County Health System?
Valley County Health System (VCHS) has an exciting opportunity available for a full-time Advanced Practice Provider to join our professional and dedicated provider team. The practitioner collaborates with the physician and other healthcare professionals to provide medical services, including direct patient care, emergency room care, medical record documentation and follow-up care to VCHS patients.
Applicants must have current Nebraska licensure as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant. Applicants should have a history of proven work experience as a primary care provider in a clinic setting. Experience in emergency care is also preferred. This position includes travel to our rural satellite clinic locations.
This is a full-time position that includes rotating weekends of Emergency Department call.
