Medicare Account Rep
POSITION SUMMARY:
To review the accuracy of information/data/reports (e.g., accounts receivable trial balance reports, allowances posted, etc.) for billing and follow-up on all Medicare insurance claims and ensures prompt and accurate reimbursement.
EDUCATION:
High school diploma or equivalent required.
EXPERIENCE:
Previous electronic billing experience preferred.
SPECIAL SKILLS:
Good email communication skills. Ability to operate general office equipment. Ability to pay attention to details, often changing from one task to another without loss of efficiency or composure. Ability to work cooperatively within a team environment. Ability to adapt to changes in workload and work schedule.
