Job Description:
You will become part of an enhancement crew and, as a team, you will complete quality landscape enhancement projects safely and efficiently. Services include landscaping installs, pruning, mulching, aeration and overseeding, trimming, weed eating, and more.
Production Responsibilities:
- Practices safety protocols established by the company
- Ensures job completion to Valley Landscaping’s standards within the time frame allotted
- Maintains a positive attitude and communicates with customers and coworkers in a respectful manner
- Upholds and conveys a positive image of Valley Landscaping by maintaining a clean, neat, and professional appearance of trucks and trailers
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record preferred
- Experience in landscaping and horticulture is a plus
- Proficiency in lawn care and landscape maintenance
- Knowledge of hand tools and equipment used in landscaping
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Must be willing to work overtime and weekends when needed
- Stoop/bend/lift up to 50 lbs. and stand/walk for peirods of 8 hours or more
