Duties
- Lead and manage a team of landscaping professionals in daily operations.
- Plan and execute landscape maintenance tasks, including mowing, trimming, and planting.
- Oversee the installation of new landscapes, ensuring proper building techniques are followed.
- Maintain gardens by performing regular upkeep such as weeding, mulching, and fertilizing.
- Conduct tree care activities including pruning and removal as necessary.
- Ensure proper irrigation practices are implemented to maintain healthy landscapes.
- Train team members on best practices for groundskeeping and landscape maintenance.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their landscaping needs and preferences.
