Maintenance Supervisor
Working Hours : Monday to Friday, 6 AM to 4 PM
Benefits : Start 60 days after the first of the month.
Monthly Profit Sharing Bonus : Begins 60 days after the first of the month.

Job Summary / Objective of Job
The Maintenance Supervisor will oversee the maintenance operations within our remanufacturing facility. This role ensures all equipment and machinery are in optimal working condition, minimizing downtime, and supporting the production team to meet operational goals.
Summary of Essential Job Functions
Supervise and coordinate the activities of the maintenance team.
Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures.
Conduct regular inspections of equipment and machinery to identify and address issues.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
Manage maintenance budgets and maintain inventory of spare parts and supplies.
Train and mentor maintenance staff, promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
Collaborate with production and engineering teams to support operational efficiency.
Respond to emergency maintenance requests and troubleshoot issues promptly.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment performance.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification preferred.
Proven experience as a maintenance supervisor or similar role in a manufacturing environment.
Strong knowledge of heavy-duty truck parts and remanufacturing processes.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Proficient in using maintenance management software and tools.
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work flexible hours and respond to emergencies as needed.
