Director of Finance - Hotel

Now hiring an experienced Director of Finance to oversee our brand new full-service hotel, The Cloudland, a Curio by Hilton, at The Mclemore Resort.

This new luxury hotel sits within the McLemore resort atop Lookout Mountain, Georgia and offers incredible mountain vistas and stunning views of McLemore Cove. The hotel is just minutes from Chattanooga, TN and a short drive from Nashville, Atlanta, Birmingham and Huntsville. The Cloudland is scheduled to open February 2024 and will offer 245 luxurious and spacious guest rooms, multiple dining options, full-service spa, resort style pool and over 12,000 sq ft of indoor event space and a variety of outdoor venue options. In addition to hotel amenities, guests will enjoy two world-class golf courses, hiking trails, a par 3 short course and stunning mountain/top clubhouse, restaurant and pro shop.

Position Responsibilities and Requirements

• Hotel accounting and finance experience required
• Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports
• Supports GM in achievement of financial goals
• Participates in sales and revenue strategy meetings
• Must be willing to "roll up the sleeves" to get the work done
• M3, Profit Sword, Hilton experience is a plus!
