Customer Service Associates are responsible for providing customers with fast and friendly service. Other responsibilities include efficient operation of the cash register system and accurate cash handling and charge processing. They also clean the store and help stock shelves.
Essential Duties/Responsibilities
Customer Service Associates will:
- Greet all customers as they enter the store, ask if they are signed up for Ribbiting Rewards Loyalty, show them how, explain program, and thank them.
- Wear the required uniform when on duty and comply with personal appearance standards.
- Follow outlined procedures to prevent theft of merchandise or cash, and to prevent injury to co-workers and customers, without jeopardizing their own safety. This includes making safe drops as required and keeping cash below the cash drawer limits.
- Arrive at work on time. If they are unable to report for work, or need to request a schedule change, they will do their best to keep from inconveniencing others by giving as much advance notice as possible.
- Help keep the workplace clean and orderly, following the outlined procedures and maintenance schedules. Including the following: the restroom checking, cleaning, and re-stocking policy, sweeping and mopping the sales area floor, cleaning counter tops and fronts, facing and dusting shelves, cleaning all windows and doors, stocking and facing cooler, emptying all inside and outside trash receptacles, and re-stocking shelves.
- They will participate in incentive programs, doing their best to meet personal goals and help others to meet theirs.
- Comply with all store policies and follow all safety procedures and environmental compliance.
- Perform all other duties deemed necessary by management.

Ability to use Equipment: register, computer, phone, tablet for loyalty, etc.
Must be 20 years old in Kentucky, since we sell alcohol/tobacco, and 18 years old in Ohio.
Education and Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent
1-2 Years Customer Service with Public preferred
Physical Requirements:
Standing up for to 8 hours and the ability to lift up to 20 pounds.
Ability to stock and clean store inside and out.
