Treasury Management Implementation Specialist helps other businesses set up and use financial services provided by banks, such as payment processing, cash management, and online banking tools. They guide clients through the process of starting these services, ensure everything works smoothly, and troubleshoot any issues that arise. In simple terms, they make sure companies can manage their money effectively using the bank's services.
Position Qualifications:
- 3 years financial services operations or Treasury Management experience
- 3 years working in external customer service environment
- 3 years working with Microsoft Office products
Customer facing position where the individual implementing, training and testing with customers for Cash/Treasury Management Services.
Documenting Service Agreements all through Docusign. Will prepare Docusign envelopes. Working with Controllers, high level business customers and responsible for onboarding. High level of verbal and written communication. Availability and responsiveness a must.
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $33.00 - $36.00 per hour
