Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the coordination of complex construction projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for procuring design build entities, managing project development, and overseeing construction activities.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Coordinate pre-construction services, including constructibility reviews and cost reconciliations.
- Procure design build entities and manage their work.
- Run and document project meetings during design and construction phases.
- Manage RFIs, submittals, and RFI processes.
You will also be responsible for reviewing schedules and pay applications, negotiating PCOs, and evaluating construction means and methods. Additionally, you will prepare weekly and monthly progress reports to stakeholders and facilitate plan reviews and coordination with authorities having jurisdiction (AHJs).
