Job Summary
Directed and supervised by the Employment Specialist, the Employment Coach works in a variety or services including providing one on one assistance to individuals with disabilities, employment coaching, and more! This position is approximately 15 hours per week.

Essential Functions:

• Job training and support of adults placed into community work site
• Transportation for Project search
• Providing direct supports to youth or adults receiving services
• Providing services throughout the county one on one with assigned individual
• Assisting individuals with implementation of goals and objectives they have established
• Covering vacancies in multiple departments when regular staff are not available
• Many other functions depending on the department
• Assists with Insite services as assigned.
• Serves as a positive role model for clients.
• Accepts other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Minimum of high school degree or equivalent (GED). Prior experience working with individuals with varying abilities highly desirable. Willingness to enroll in additional training as required. Must be flexible in the scheduling of work hours. Ability to perform the supported job in the absence of a client. Must possess a valid Wisconsin driver’s license and be insured in the state of Wisconsin. Must have reliable means of transportation.
