ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prepare detailed accurate bills for customers on a timely basis
- Coordinate internal backup paperwork and billing preparation
- Ensure billing deadlines are met
- Submit invoices via client portals or email
- Enter customer payments into accounting system
- Handle customer inquiries and reconcile any discrepancies
- Filing, data entry, and other accounting and office administration duties
- High School Diploma
- Associates or Accounting Degree preferred (college level accounting classes)
- 2 years' experience in similar position
- Strong mathematical background
- Solid computer skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment
