- Coordinate activities of engineering or technical personnel involved in designing, fabricating, modifying or testing of products.
- Monitor the cost, schedule and technical performance of sizable company programs or subsystems of major programs.
- Manage major responsibilities across multiple engineering disciplines.
- Set objectives and execute approach for achievement of operational results.
- Innovate, design develop and implement technologies, components, sub-systems, machines, tools and systems to ensure compliance to specifications, requirements and customer guarantees.
- Must possess at least a bachelor's degree or its equivalent in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field and 8 years of progressive experience in a role performing general stress analysis of aircraft structure components. In the alternative, at least a master's degree or its equivalent in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field and 5 years of experience in a role performing general stress analysis of aircraft structure components would be acceptable.
- Must possess at least 5 years of experience with static and fatigue analysis of aircraft nacelle structures.
- Must possess at least 5 years of experience with metallic and composite aircraft nacelle structural parts.
- Must possess at least 5 years of experience with structural repairs of nacelle structures.
- Must possess at least 5 years of experience with mechanical/aerospace FEA tools to include Patran and Nastran.
- Must possess at least 1 year of experience in leading a technical team.
