Job Summary
The Content Creator will act as a key element to bring our organic social strategy to life and leverage their social media experience, creativity, and strategic skills to help manage multiple social accounts across multiple channels. This person will work under the Brand Marketing Team with a specific focus on ideating, capturing and editing social media content
Responsibilities
Day To Day Responsibilities Include:
Ideate and develop video and creative concepts in organic social that aligns to broader content strategy and calendar including but not limited to: Still graphics, reels & story strategy
Film and edit video for use in organic social
Help gather insights to inform content ideation and creation. Provide best practices and ways to optimize efforts
Collaborate with organic social team on copy for all social posts
Effectively present social concepts to Senior Manager for approval
Research, ideate and bring new trends and creative ideas to the organic social team for producing content ideas

Qualifications
At least 3-5 years of professional experience, with at least 3 years creating Social Media content across multiple accounts and/or channels for brands including, but not limited to, Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, Pinterest and Facebook
A passion for brand storytelling and social media and the willingness to learn from other marketing professionals
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and/or video editing tools (CapCut, iMovie, etc.)
In-depth understanding of social media, trending topics, emerging channels and engaging content
Creativity, adaptability, and the ability to work collaboratively with a team
Preference for BA or BS in Marketing, Communications, or Visual Arts Degree
The ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment and to pivot to handle multiple projects concurrently
Experience writing strong, succinct copy that is grammatically correct
Ability to work with existing marketing assets and turn them into compelling concepts for social
A positive attitude and sense of humor
An eye for detail and a desire for perfection
Great organizational skills
Solid time-management skills

What is the work schedule for this position? – M-F. Appx. 20-30 PER WEEK. Open to candidate's local time zone
Is this role open to 100% Remote WFH candidates? – No, must be willing to go into the company retail store (within driving distance) for work-related tasks (i.e. capture content). The actual work will be completed remotely from home
Will this role require any onsite work? – How many days/weeks on-site is required? Yes, the worker must be willing to go into the company retail store. They will be required to be in the store appx. 3-4x per month, or more if needed by the project
Is there a possibility for extension? – Yes, pending performance and budget approval.
Is there a possibility for this role to be converted to FTE? – Possibility for conversion, depending on performance and budget approval. There is no guarantee of conversion
