MARKET.live is an innovative e-commerce company. We specialize in Livestream Sales, and we are seeking a Bilingual Livestream Sales Host / Hostess to join our team and help us elevate our online shopping experience.
Job Description: As a Livestream Sales Host, you will be the face of the brand during live online sales events. Your role will involve showcasing products, engaging with viewers, and driving sales through compelling presentations. You will need to be charismatic, confident, and able to connect with an online audience, creating a fun and interactive shopping experience.
Responsibilities:
- Host live streaming events on various platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube) to promote and sell products.
- Present products in an engaging and informative manner, highlighting key features, benefits, and special promotions.
- Interact with viewers in real-time, answering questions, addressing concerns, and fostering a sense of community.
- Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to plan and execute livestream events that align with our brand strategy.
- Monitor live chat and respond to comments and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.

Requirements:
- Strong familiarity with modern Social Media apps, trends, and culture
- Bilingual / Mandarin Speaking STRONGLY preferred!
- Confidence on camera!
- Sales experience preferred, ability to sell in person / retail sales experience preferred
- Must live local to Los Alamitos, CA
- Available to Livestream in Studio 10 hrs per week
- Must be 18 or older
- Flexible hours preferred depending on product / show for Livesales
- 10-15 hours per week
