Versa-Tech Pest Management, INC. is now accepting resumes for one open position as Large Retail Center Route Manager. Our main office is located in San Dimas, CA. Versa-Tech performs regular weekly pest control services for 7 large retail centers in Los Angles County. This is a dedicated position for large retail centers only. The Route Manager will service one center per day starting on location between 6-7AM and depending on the services set for that day, may end between 1-4PM. We are looking for a router manager who can be dedicated to these services for the long term, 4 years plus. Compensation starts at $22 per hour for training lasting from 6 to 12 months then will bump to $24 per hour once competent in the service protocol, company standards, client relations, service documentation and work ethics. Annual perfromace reviews determine raises. Bonuses are included for good service performance and center contract renewals. Sales training will also take place and we offer 10% commission on all sales. Company phone, email, business cards, truck, basic PPE, gear, tools and uniforms are supplied. Service locations are Arcadia, West Covina, Northridge, Glendale and Downtown Los Angeles. Our ideal candidate will have at least a High School Diploma, AA degree or higher in any subject is preferred. Candidate needs good written communication skills, iPhone proficient, able to work alone and be accountable, very reliable and responsible, very consistent, able to verbally communicate face to face properly and professionally with upper managers, mall staff, and the general public, well-groomed and fit, able to perform regular physical tasks such as bending over and kneeling 100s of times per day, lifing up to 50lbs, walking from 8,000 to 15,000 steps per day, a solid team member, great hand tool skills and experience such as drill drivers, hammers, LADDERS and ram-sets. Able to work in dirty, gross, and confined areas. We want someone who believes their work reflects them and will give their best each day, coachable, wants to learn, long term career and company oriented (we have so much room to grow). Must have a clean legal and driving record. Must be able to take criticism.
