Job Responsibilities
Versah is a medical device company that specializes in dental drills that increase the quality of bone, in preparation for dental implant placement. The sole responsibility of our client satisfaction team is to interact with the customers, understand their issues, take down their requests and orders, and provide them direction on resources available to them. You are our daily connection to our customers. We will rely on you to portray confidence, knowledge, and friendliness even in stressful situations. Versah Executives will look to you to share customer complaints, suggestions, and success stories that help direct Marketing Strategy and overall Company Policies.
Client Satisfaction Specialist Job Duties
- Interact with Versah clients over the phone and email
- Guide them through their ordering questions
- Explain the clinical procedure and help direct them to online resources
- Understand buyer requirements, complaints or requests and provide them appropriate guidance
- Generate and maintain records of customer inquiries within CRM system
- Keep track of company policy changes or new product launches and provide accurate information to the clients
- Work alongside Sales and Marketing Team to generate new and existing leads
Skills and Proficiencies of a Client Satisfaction Representative
One of the most essential skills of a client satisfaction representative is efficient verbal and written communication. The representative must be extremely fluent, clear and with knowledge of proper pronunciation.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ample patience and ability to listen and understand problems
- Impeccable product and market knowledge (dental background is preferred but not required)
- Extreme problem-solving skills
- Effective documentation skills and ability to generate and maintain records
- Outstanding multi-tasking abilities
- Ability to resolve conflicts smartly
- Dental Implant (office) Experience Preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent
