Lead Installer

Seeking a safety conscious Lead Installer to join our team! The ideal candidate should be able to efficiently and safely complete window and door installations in customer homes while ensuring high customer satisfaction. U.S. Military Veterans, National Guardsmen, Reservists, and/or Military Spouses encouraged to apply.

Pay: $56,118.40/annually

Responsibilities:

• Remove old windows/doors and install new products per company guidelines.
• Install accessories, adjust openings, and make minor repairs.
• Cut and install trim, including bending exterior metal as needed.
• Set up, inspect, and tear down scaffolding.
• Supervise projects, train team members, and ensure quality workmanship.
• Maintain tools, vehicles, and inventory for efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures and Lead Renovation standards.
• Communicate with customers about schedules and collect payments.
• Maintain cleanliness, adhere to budgets/schedules, and protect customer property.
• Attend safety meetings and contribute to process improvements.

Requirements:

• 3 years of construction experience with knowledge of building standards.
• Safety-conscious, adaptable, and professional.
• Strong communication skills, including with dissatisfied customers.
• Ability to travel (up to 3 nights per week), climb ladders, and lift over 100 lbs.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean record; dependable and self-directed.

Additional Notes:
Perform physically demanding work in various weather conditions. Other duties as assigned.
