Description
VetnCare is a growing veterinary organization looking to add a dedicated Executive Assistant to our team. The VetnCare management team provides services for our partner hospitals, including Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, Marketing, Operations, Finance, and Clinical Advancement. We have ten hospitals in the Bay Area, East Bay, Napa, and Monterey. We are growing and looking to bring more structure and expertise to support our newly formed executive team. Our management team describes themselves as driven, ambitious, courageous professionals who want to stand out in the veterinary industry.
Reporting directly to the CEO, the Executive Assistant will provide administrative support to the CEO, CPO, and CFO, including:

Schedule
Hybrid: Remote 4 days/week. In-Office 1 day/week or as needed to support the leadership team. Travel less than 25% domestically and internationally as needed.
