Identify and report any unsafe condition that affects employee safety, including good housekeeping (5S) and PPE.All Associates are required to report to their scheduled shift on time and work their entire shift.POSITION REQUIREMENTS & RESPONSIBILITIES:Must be able to read and follow all procedures (OWI’s and GMP's).Must be able to read and follow all work instructions. Cycle machine as trained.Communicates with Supervisor, Technician, and QA any issues with parts or machines. Must be willing to work overtime and weekends. Willing to work any other assigned duties as instructed by Supervisor or Lead. Must be willing to train other employees Must be safety conscious and work in a safe manner at all times. Follow all safety rules and standards. Maintain clean working environments throughout production areas.Provide breaks as required by lead or supervisorPackage parts in bags or boxes as applicablePOSITION QUALIFICATIONS: Capable of working under a microscope for extended periods of timeMust be at least 18 years of ageEducation: High School Diploma or GED (preferred)Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; knowledge of techniques, tools, machines, equipment, fixturesDemonstrates good judgement, decision making abilities and potential for growth within the company Light work: Exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 10 pounds of force frequently, and/or lift, carry, push, pull, or move objects with significant use of handsExcellent vision & hand-eye coordinationMust be able to withstand extended periods of bending, lifting, standing, and sittingAll Associates are required to report to their scheduled shift on time and work their entire shift.
