This position routinely works with minimal supervision which requires the individual to be a motivated self-starter focused on departmental tasks and functions. Must have the flexibility to work weekends and daily overtime as needed to support projects.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITY:
This position does not normally carry supervisory responsibility.
INTERPERSONAL CONTACTS:
This position works both independently and as part of a team. The ability to communicate effectively and respectfully with others within the team, in other parts of the organization, and within other closely aligned organizations is essential in this role.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS/WORK ENVIRONMENT:Work is performed in a wide variety of environments including heights of 20 feet or more, small and/or confined spaces, and outdoors in all weather conditions. Will routinely bend, twist, kneel, walk, climb, and reach for 1-12 hours per day. Will sit, stand, and walk for 1-12 hours per day. The work environment is in an industrial setting which includes noise, fumes, dust and inclement weather.
Must be able to lift and/or carry 1-75 lbs throughout the day. Must be able to push or pull up to 75 lbs throughout the day.
