We are a well-established insurance agency that seeks a bilingual (Spanish & English desired) office administrative team member/receptionist. The ideal candidate must demonstrate drive, determination and self motivation. Prior insurance experience is not required.
Skills/Qualifications:
Ability to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing in both Spanish and English. Excellent grammar and proofreading skills are essential in. Maintain a positive work atmosphere by acting and communicating in a manner that instills good working relationships with customers, clients, co-workers and management. Computer proficiency with Outlook, Excel Spreadsheets, Word documents, faxing and Internet search.
Office Assistant Job Duties:
Perform receptionist duties answering phone in a professional, courteous manner properly transferring calls to appropriate personnel expeditiously. Assist agents with clerical support including assisting customers with billing questions, inputting data in appropriate software and Agency Management System for the organization.

Monday-Friday 9:00-5:30pm
