Responsibilities:
Conduct in-home and virtual consultations.
Meet sales and activity targets for company generated leads.
Develop self-generated leads from networking and referrals from installed customer base.
Collaborate with internal teams for flawless project execution.
Qualifications:
Proven success in solar or direct sales (e.g., home security, pest control, automation, roofing, windows, and doors).
Strong negotiation, closing, and communication skills.
CRM proficiency (GoHighLevel and Salesforce preferred).
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Flexible for evenings and weekends.
