Licensed Medical Aesthetician

Position Title: Senior Licensed Medical Aesthetician

Reports to: Owner, Spa Manager

Estheticians work closely with a Medical Director, Nurse Injector, Nurse Practitioner, Physician’s Assistant, Guest Experience Specialists, and Spa Manager

Background: We are looking for an experienced Esthetician to join our high-energy team! Requires at least two (2) years of experience and must be comfortable performing a comprehensive consultation, collaborating with the Injector team to double consult, and developing a Comprehensive Treatment Plan. This role is best fit for someone with a high achievement drive, who works well on a team, is self-motivated, and is comfortable working in a growth-focused environment. Must be comfortable with creating and posting social media content including before and after photos and other promotional content for the Medical Spa. Advanced-level training is provided on an annual and ongoing basis. This is not an entry-level position.

The Esthetician may administer professional facials, non-invasive chemical peels, HydraFacials, Glo2Facial treatments, microneedling treatments, Intense Pulsed Light and/or Broadband Light services, exfoliation treatments, and microdermabrasion. The Esthetician may provide other spa service recommendations, as well as assist in the development and growth of spa sales.

• Have excellent facial massage and skin extraction techniques

• Legally certified Esthetician within the jurisdiction of employment
• Knowledge of current esthetic treatment practices, products, and trends
• One year or more experience
• Comfortable consulting patients regarding skin care needs, techniques, and treatment plan
• Standing for extended periods of time
• Ability to lift at least 30lbs
• Exposure to blood and bodily fluids, utilizing proper PPE
• Continual use of manual dexterity, gross motor skills, bi-manual dexterity, and fine motor skills

Spa environment

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
