What are the responsibilities and job description for the Seasonal Holiday Staff position at VIP Recognition LLC?
Help us create wonderful lasting memories for children and families that visit with Santa.
These are seasonal positions for which our Team Members are participating on the set as a Greeter, Photographer, Helper, or Cashier. We have full and part-time seasonal positions available.
The Santa promotion begins in November and concludes after closing on December 24th.
Essential Responsibilities and Qualifications are:
- Must be at least 16 years of age for staff and 18 years old for managers
- Pass a Background Check & Drug Screen (Drug Screen for Manager positions)
- Attending pre-season training (paid)
- Be energetic with a positive attitude
- Retail and customer service experience a plus
- Professional with a solution driven approach to challenges
- Ability to work with families and children
- Representing our client (Mall Management) and VIP
- Help create a positive work atmosphere for teammates
- Responsible for being on time for shift
- Prefer availability on weekends in addition to weekdays
- Ability to lift 25 lbs.
- Bi-ligual (English/Spanish) a plus!

- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
