Financial Analyst needed ASAP –
- Temp needed until at least the end of July and then they’ll look at performance/fit and see if they are ready to convert at that time for full time
Next to N. Park Mall
When they start out and are getting trained, they would be in the office 2-3 days and then after that at least 1-2 days a week in the office
Pay p.hr 35.00-44.00 max DOE
The hiring manager is a VP Finance.
What she’s looking for them to do is the following:
- Document the financial process in Educate Texas
- Timecard reviews
- Lobby reporting
- Salary Allocations
- Produce reporting out of GL system
Keys:
1. Process Documentation
2. Financial Modeling
3. Excel
- 2-4 years experience,
- 60% of the role would be process documentation which is the most important thing to complete when the temp starts. They will sit down with 2 directors of Finance to document the process for activities with programs and grants.
- They will use Excel (advanced level but no Macros), NetSuite and a maybe a little bit of SF.
- 40% of the role is Excel based.
- Timecard review is an antiquated process that they track. It would be a great chance to reconfigure a model for simplicity. This is when they would use salary allocation.
- Experience in non-profit or schools is preferred but not required. The documentation is important.
