We are currently taking applications for a Home Health RN. The Home Health RN works independently with groups of clients to provide initial and on-going assessment of the clients skilled needs, implements individual plans of care and make referrals to others disciplines and /or revise the plan as necessary.

No home health experience, but have strong clinical skills? We will train qualified candidates who are eager to learn!
Requires Virginia RN license, CPR Certification, and at least one year of nursing experience. Valid VA drivers license and proof of insurance required.
Background/Drug tests, seasonal flu vaccine required.
