Location: Marlborough, MA 01752 (Hybrid) - Partial Remote, in office Tuesday/Wednesday every week.

Construction – special projects such as smaller-scale repairs, installation of new fixtures (e.g., beauty fixtures), adding cash registers, or bathroom remodels, with project budgets ranging from $200K to $500K (e.g., installing new lockers).

Construction Project Lead– Marlborough, MA
Construction Project Lead directly oversees miscellaneous construction and signage projects within the different chains. Aids in project schedules and assigning General Contractors and/or Sign Vendors. Distributes all required project documents to external and internal contacts. Negotiates pricing, reviews and approves proposals and invoices, tracks progress and ensures close-outs for all miscellaneous construction and signage initiatives assigned. Supplies Field Organization and Management updates detailing the status of all miscellaneous construction and signage initiatives on a regular basis.

Pay: Up to $48.00 per hour
