Do you want to help us build the DNA of tech? Vishay Dale Electronics – Columbus, NE is currently seeking applicants for a Lead Finished Goods Stock (FGS) Clerk - 1st Shift. Overtime is available as needed.

Job Summary:

See that daily procedures of the warehouse are carried out properly in a timely and professional manner. Assist the FGS Supervisor in determining which FGS Clerks perform which duties based on workload for receiving, picking, packing, and shipping. Oversees all incoming receiving from all other plants, warehouses, and vendors. Coordinates deliveries with Production Control. Serves as a liaison between the Warehouse and Customer Service and Production Control. Performs any special tasks as assigned from the FGS Supervisor.

What you will be doing:

• Distributes workload and assigns tasks between FSG Clerks and Shipping Clerks for the following tasks: Receiving, Picking, Packing and Shipping.

• Ensures all expedites are carried out through shipping and maintains proper communications flow between all involved parties.

• Ensures all shipments are shipped according to ship date and/or consolidation date and accounted for in SAP and shipping system daily.

What you will bring along:

• High School diploma or equivalent

• 3 months to 1 year of related experience

• Knowledge of utilizing computers, packaging/shipping stations, RF Gun, weigh count scales, handcarts, and pallet jacks.
