Vision Realty & Management is seeking a dedicated and experienced full-time Real Estate Account Manager to join our team. We are looking for someone with a strong background in business development, sales, or property management to help us continue delivering exceptional service to our clients.
GREAT PAY
This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of $60,000 to $90,000/year, plus commission.

YOUR NEW ROLE AS A REAL ESTATE ACCOUNT MANAGER
The Real Estate Account Manager will typically work business hours. However, flexibility is required as there may be occasions when you need to go above and beyond for clients, including immediate calls or property visits.
In this role, you will spend your day maintaining and building relationships with property owners. You will start by checking in with existing owners to update them on the status of their properties and any tenant issues. Throughout the day, you will engage with prospective owners, explaining the benefits of our services. Property visits to take marketing photos will be a regular part of your routine. Additionally, you will review financial statements and provide strategic insights to clients. Team meetings to discuss sales strategies and client retention plans will also be part of your day, ensuring that you are always working towards maintaining and enhancing client satisfaction.
REQUIREMENTS FOR A REAL ESTATE ACCOUNT MANAGER
- 5 years in account management, property management, sales, or a related field
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to jump on calls and address issues immediately, without hesitation, to meet clients in person or visit properties
- Proficiency in understanding and interpreting financial statements
