Summary:

Sell eyewear products and services utilizing the Company selling strategy to serve the Customer's needs.In addition to selling associate will handle routine supervisory functions such as: open/close duties, transaction approvals, and customer problem resolution.

Essential Responsibilities:

1.Greet all customers promptly and professionally as per company customer service standards to include identifying customers' needs/lifestyle selling, offering current promotions, multiple pair offerings, obtaining prescription, use of the lens selling kit, offering our Unbeatable Price/Money-Back Satisfaction guarantee, etc.

2.Confirm with patients prior to scheduled appointment to ensure all intake/screening questions are complete, identify essential needs & COVID-19 pre-screening are met. and email Patient History paperwork to patients.

3.Observe best-in-class behaviors as it relates to social distancing and COVID 19 protocols:

a.Install Social Distancing sign at store front.For Mall Locationsadvise patients to call before proceeding to the stores as signage will not be visible.

b.Ensure chairs in waiting area are six (6) feet apart, to ensure recommended separation, where possible

4.Ensure associates understand the importance of social distancing, cleaning protocols and cleaning hygiene practices: frequent handwashing, not shaking hands, cover nose and mouth while coughing or sneezing, avoid touching eyes / nose / mouth with unwashed hands.

5.Associate to provide frame tray that has been cleaned prior to while maintaining social distancing with all patients.

6.Ensure patient places all selected/tried-on frames into frame trays, do not allow customers to try on frame and place back on board before cleaning both frames and trays.

7.Complete sale, only accepting credit card payments, while maintaining social distance.

8.Inform patient ship-to-home provided for all glasses and contact lenses.

9.If licensed responsible for final inspect, if not licensed responsible for shipping.

10.Inspect finished eyeglasses using the Lensometer to conform to Company 7-Point Quality Check as well as providing a thorough dispense to ensure proper fit, adjust and repair customer eyewear, etc.while maintaining social distancing as outlined by COVID-19 protocols.

11.Perform all opening procedures to include making a timely and accurate bank deposit, verify cash on hand, open POS system and sign and file POS reports.

12.Complete all end-of-day reports, run POS reports, count cash at final closing and prepare the deposit.

13.Refer customer service issues that cannot be solved to the next scheduled member of the management team.

14.Complete company required training programs

Experience/Education:

*One (1) - five (5) years of related experience required

*Optical preferred

*HS diploma, GED or equivalent related job experience

Essential Responsibilities related to Physical Demands/Work Environment:
