2 years Hospice experience a must with General In-Patient (GIP) experience preferred.
Visiting Nurse & Hospice of Litchfield County is seeking an experienced Hospice RN to join our progressive team. This position is on-site at the UConn Medical Center in Farmington to evaluate and care for hospice patients within an inpatient setting.
Salaried, 30 hours per week. Monday-Friday, 11 : 00am-5 : 00pm. No on-call or weekends. Coverage required for 3 holidays / year on a rotating basis.
The Agency utilizes Netsmart for its EMR and adheres to National Best Practice Guidelines for caseload and visit productivity.
Salary based on experience, generous benefit package.
