Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Associate to join our Accounting team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth operation of our daily A/R activities, coordinating with various departments, and contributing to the overall efficiency of our organization. The ideal candidate will possess strong work ethic, organizational skills, a quick learner, a proactive mindset, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. .
Duties
- Ensure positive Customer Experience for company’s vast network of customers.
- Process and apply daily customer check and ACH payments.
- Research payment discrepancies and coordinate with Customer Service to resolve.
- Monitor A/R aged report and resolve misapplications.
- Provide daily reports to Customer Service to assist collection activities.
- Monitor and maintain A/R mailbox.
- Provide general clerical support when needed.
- Other duties as assigned.
Experience
- Strong work ethic.
- Organizational and communication skills.
- Computer proficiency (especially Microsoft products).
- Ability to work independently and problem-solve.
- High attention to detail with excellent accuracy.
- Quick learner and willingness to excel.
- Prior experience in an office setting within an Accounting department or similar role desired (but not required).
