Duties
- Assist clients with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, meal preparation, and medication reminders.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance the client's overall well-being.
- Maintain a clean and organized living space by performing light housekeeping tasks such as laundry, dusting, and vacuuming.
- Support clients with mobility and transportation needs as required.
- Monitor and report any changes in the client’s condition or behavior to family members or healthcare professionals.
- Uphold resident rights by respecting privacy and promoting independence.
- Engage clients in meaningful activities that stimulate cognitive function and social interaction.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive care plans are followed.
Requirements
- Previous experience in caregiving, home care, assisted living, or long-term care settings is preferred.
- Knowledge of resident rights and best practices in caregiving is essential.
- Familiarity with memory care techniques and dementia care strategies is highly desirable.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients, families, and team members.

- Ability to perform physical tasks associated with caregiving, including lifting or assisting clients as needed.
